First Step

We will set up a quarterly evaluation and a meeting with the Shareholders to vote on whether to sell the property or keep it.
How does it Work?
1- Daily, our team of experts are monitoring several projects and developers, and at the right time we detect a suitable property that can match our ultimate ROI model.
2- Once this property is detected, we start to list our property shares, to allow investors to compare and decide.
3- Each property is divided into 14 shares with an equity of 7% for each. An extra 2% of the total amount will be added to cover the management cost.
4- A company will be created with all the shares and the property will be acquired under the company name, where all the shareholders are legal owners accordingly.
5- The total cost of the property will also include any finishing or furnishing needed for the property to reach the requested condition. Also the company creation cost and any extra fees.
6- A periodic meeting will be scheduled at least once quarterly, to announce the share evaluation update, in case any shareholder wants to sell his share.
7- The whole process will be controlled by one property manager, who will help arrange the shares, the finishing, furnishing, renting process, and all the financial issues.
