In June 2017, Tresor International was founded as a simple, normal and direct module of real estate business. But while going around, our main goal was never the number of properties to get, or number of new clients every day. We were concerned in the first place by achieving just one goal, which is knowing the client’s mentality, knowing the client’s way of thinking, understanding their needs, their motives, their triggers, and above all their fears. For a property client, it is never very easy when selling or buying, millions of thoughts pop up in their heads in less than one minute…

And many more thoughts of fears appear every single day, and we really evaluate these fears, because we know that clients need to invest their money in a good way, they want to increase it not to lose any of it, they might get it with lots of efforts, they might plan to spend it on a suitable retirement plan.
So that was the start, we worked pretty much on each type of fear, we aimed to simplify the whole process to our clients, we pushed to find reasonable solutions for all budgets, we fixed a bunch of services to allow our clients a swift, joyful and hassle-free solution that fits exactly to his budget and conditions, in order to reach a successful, safe and stable property portfolio.
We believe that no one should be afraid of investing anymore, properties are not that bad monster who wants to swallow your savings, just make sure you get the right consultancy from the right place, and only go forward when you feel you understand everything about the designated property, otherwise it will be a high-risk piece of gambling.
After that in August 2019, we added to our services the property management service, which allowed our clients to maximize their profits from their unused properties. Of course, this business has also been severely affected by the pandemic, causing an international airports closure for several months, also being connected with the affected tourism and aviation businesses, caused this affection. But shortly after the pandemic curves went down, this business went booming even more than before. Which encouraged our active management team to add some more items to their list. Such as working spaces, clinics, resorts and hotels.
